ABOUT FOXMOOR
Foxmoor Development Corporation is a fully integrated real estate company specializing in the development and construction of townhouses, single family homes and various residential properties located in the central to southern part of New Jersey.
With its extensive knowledge of the residential and commercial development market, Foxmoor has been able to anticipate market needs and identify attractive development opportunities. In an extremely tight land market Foxmoor has been able to maintain inventory levels through development of their own subdivisions.
Presently, Foxmoor has under development or under construction 9 residential and commercial developments comprising 369 condominiums and townhouses and several hundred single-family homes throughout southern New Jersey. Current work in process represents a total of over 500,000 square feet.
Foxmoor Homes senior manager and principal Vincent C. Simonelli, as well as his team of professionals, collectively have over 70 years experience in real estate development and construction and have developed and built over 200,000 square feet of commercial and over 1,400,000 square feet of residential construction during the last decade.
